Our primary goal is to provide an atmosphere in which young men and women are able to escape the troubles and pressures of this world and focus on their relationship with God. The world has it's influence on them all year long. We think of NWOCYC as a "SAFE HOUSE" for souls seeking to meet or grow closer to the Father. Even our Lord took time to recluse himself from the world in order to refocus and commune. And they came to an olive grove called Gethsemane, and Jesus said, "sit here while I go and pray." Mark 14:32
